This is a technique that we developed here at Letra- Tek. We are able to make tight bends in certain plastics and metals. The Water Tower is 1/8"-thick Aluminum. In the case of the Pyramids, we used 1/8"-thick Aluminum with a Polished Aluminum Chemetal Laminate. The end results are beautiful! The Large Pyramid ultimately went to Disney World and the Water Tower was part of a trophy for Harley Davidson.
